Refund and cancellation policy
GeneGate's policy regarding returns and refunds stipulates that payments for kits and/or services, including any upgrades, are non-refundable. Additionally, no refunds or credits are issued for partially utilized kits and/or services.
Regarding GeneGate Membership Service, there are no refunds or credits for partially utilized GeneGate+ membership periods. In the event of cancellation, access to membership benefits will continue until the current membership period expires.
